A Legacy Started by Rosemary Reynolds
Rosemary Reynolds and Nicola Lonsdale now run a small, specialised villa management and rental service. However, Rosemary actually started her management service way back in 1965, developing a large, successful business, running a considerable number of villas with the help of a rental partner in UK for some 30 years. She forged long-lasting relationships with owners and rental clients alike and many of them, and their families, still return to this day.
THE CONTINUING LEGACY: NICOLA AND THE TEAM
A Family Business Spanning Decades
Nicola Lonsdale, Rosemary´s daughter, was born in the Algarve and educated in England. She started working in the business some 30 years ago and became part of the company in 1996. Nicola takes care of all aspects of villa administration and maintenance, and issues for clients that are renting; arranging cleaners, gardeners, and pool men, inspecting the villas and organising estimates for repairs/building works. Many of these contractors have been working with the company for decades and with her expertise, excellent local knowledge and know-how, Nicola now is also specialised in the vital role of on-site project management of any necessary building and renovations.

Both Rosemary and Nicola both speak fluent Portuguese. Rosemary now dedicates her time to the accountancy (management and rental) and dealing with email enquiries etc. We have close and very long-term relationships with various reliable and trustworthy tradesmen and technicians who we can rely upon to fix most villa maintenance and equipment problems in a short time. This, alongside an easy-to-follow accountancy programme that was especially designed for villa management ensures you can expect a great service as either a villa owner or tenant.
